Looking Good ....

for investment,who knows

Today I would just like to write about some news coming from the portuguese governement and an independent financial advisor in the U.K. (www.thisismoney.co.uk/) .

The news from the portuguese head of estate came in this week after almost 8 years of planning that the location of the new airport in Lisbon would be located in the south side of the river Tagus.

Area with a lot of development potential ,with all the south side of the capital property at half price of the city center and the announcement of the third bridge connecting the two sides of the river, could mean a lucky day for the long term type of investor .

The financial advisor in the U.K. is saying that portugal stands at third place inside the E.U. as the most promissing country of property value growth saying that for every £100.000 invested now ,by 2017 they would be worth around £460.000.

This if the index of growth continues steady and at the rate expected, what is more than likely because of the investiment in infra-structures in the next then years, read the full story at the link provided above.

Good news then for home owners in the south side of the capital and for the investor with rental income interrests or either in the more than likely long term returns .
